Smeg customers were treated to an afternoon of culinary delight on 14th September 2013 at the APS Lifestyle Gallery as part of the Smeg "Be your own Masterchef" campaign. The Smeg "Be your own Masterchef" campaign was an initiative by Smeg Singapore and APS Lifestyle Marketing to provide added value to Smeg customers.

Customers that had bought Smeg cooking appliances during the campaign period between 18 May to 31 July 2013, were invited to the APS Lifestyle Gallery to attend a free cooking class by renowned Chef Lino Sauro from Gattopardo restaurant. Le Creuset bundles worth up to $650 each were also redeemed by these valued customers as part of the exclusive initiative.

Chef Lino demonstrated a total of three dishes for the class, comprising of a starter, a main and a dessert, making full use of the Smeg Linea kitchen to showcase his culinary prowess and answer questions from the attending customers who were eager to learn from the Master Chef himself.

Beside the free cooking class and bundle redemption, customers and guests were also treated to a wonderful surprise as they each walked away with a goody bag from ingredient sponsor, Barilla, consisting of pasta ingredients and sauces, as well as a free recipe book on Italian cooking, everything they would need to begin their very own culinary journey!

Everyone went home delighted, having been provided with all the necessary tools and knowledge to start their own gourmet adventure at home, using their brand new Smeg kitchen appliances of course.
